The motel accepts dogs only--absolutely NO CATS!!!!!!! (Several cats have been chased by our dogs, and aside from being quite frightening to both the cat and it's owner, it is difficult to coax them down from the roof or a tree).

Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms for any length of time.

Room service will not be provided if the pet is in the room unless we have a favorable history of having that pet at our motel.  Even so, the final decision on providing room service is left to the housekeeping staff.  If housekeeping staff has left for the day, we will exchange towels--No additional housekeeping services will be provided.

A pet fee of $5.00 per pet (dog) per day is assessed.  If a pet is not declared at the time of registration, the pet fee is doubled for each day of the guests stay.  A cat--wether declared or not--will result in an automatic $50.00 charge.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pet owners are responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times and for any damage caused. 

A "pet exercise area" is provided and we will clean-up this area every few days.  If your pet relieves itself on our lawn or anywhere other than the designated area and you do not clean-up after it, a charge may be levied.

Pet owners are required to have a valid creditcard on file or make other arrangements to cover potential obligations.

P S. Our Attorney made us write this---we really prefer dogs over children any day.
